Although advertising has led many of us to believe that soy is healthy, the fact of the matter is that for many people it creates, rather than prevents health problems – including obesity, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis and indigestion.
Even those who know soy is not good for them have trouble avoiding it. In the Western version soy is found in over 60% of food products, even in places where you would not expect it to be.
If you haven’t been feeling like yourself lately, I’ve created a soy quiz to assist you by answering yes or no.
· Are you gaining weight and believe you are eating a healthy diet?
· Do you experience nausea, bloating, palpitations, anxiety, or gastric disorders?
· Do you feel tired all the time even when you get enough sleep?
· Are you just not feeling like yourself and can't figure out why?
· Are you menopausal and believe that soy relieves “hot flashes”, prevents osteoporosis, and lowers cholesterol?
What Your Answers Mean: If you answered, “Yes” for two or more of these questions it may be related to your soy consumption.
And now I would like you to claim your free chapter of The Hidden Dangers of Soy and visit: http://www.hiddensoy.com/soy-health-risks.php
